NeonNow (Formerly CloudWave) was founded in 2013 out of a desire to provide customers with a better contact centre experience on emerging new public cloud technology. NeonNow is both an Advanced Tier AWS Partner, and the APAC region's only Twilio Gold Partner.

History

It began with one simple question

How do we use the latest wave of cloud technology to deliver best-in-class customer experiences?

CloudWave began by providing clients with access to cloud communications, and since then, we have consistently grown and expanded our capabilities.

In 2026 CloudWave evolved to become NeonNow as it adopted a AI-first approach to its product and business. Emerging as a global leader in cloud communications, AI-Powered customer experience innovation and consulting.
